A Diabetes Diet

A "diabetic" diet is a pretty loose term. While it's true that a modified diet is absolutely crucial in managing your diabetes, the diet itself will depend upon the type of diabetes you've been diagnosed with as well as your own personal nutriontial needs. A few good rules of thumb:
